My Granddaddy passed away yesterday. He is not in pain anymore, thank goodness. I got to talk to him about a week before he quit responding, so that was some precious time that I'm so thankful for. Death isn't the worst thing. The worst thing is not knowing where someone will spend eternity. I know he's in heaven, and that makes all the difference in the world.
I won't be on much this week as we prepare for the funeral and support my grandmother.
