I try to look at the positive side of things, so I believe everything I go through prepares me in some way for something else in life. Imagine this: You've just gone through a really hard situation that tested your patience. You doubted yourself and you were mad. You couldn't put your finger on exactly what you were mad at, but you had to vent to anyone who would listen. Throughout this time though, people have come into your life. They have encouraged you when you were depressed. You also got a lot closer to God in the midst of your trial. You didn't come to God with a long wish list of things you need Him to do.
