New Blogging Friend

This woman has been with me through thick and thin, and now we can add something else to the list of activities that we like to do together. My mom has finally decided to dive into the world of blogging head first. I joked with her yesterday that blogging is like e-mail on steriods. :)

She wanted a new layout that expressed her individuality, but Blogger wouldn't cooperate. None of the layouts would upload, and we tried A LOT. Ugh. Turns out, this problem has been happening to lots of people lately.

Prayer Needed

Please pray for Kelly over at Kelly's Korner. Her newborn is in critical condition. She had trouble breathing immediately. As of now, it's not looking too good. She has been flown to AR Children's hospital. I know this isn't to big for God! Read her latest post for more details. Keep her family in your prayers because this is something that no parent should ever have to endure. I know because my mom was one of those parents. (Click on button to read more of their story).

Ch- Ch-Changes

I'm in the process of updating my blog. If some things look funny, just know it's all going to be fine! Those of you who have visited me in the last hour probably think your eyes are playing tricks on you...they're not. This will all be over soon and we'll all have a nice pretty blog to look at!

When you visit tomorrow, my blog should be ready for its closeup. We'll celebrate with oldies and stories of the crazy things that have happened to us these past few days.

UPDATE: I've picked a layout that I like, but it has moved some of my comments around. For example, the comment from my last post has now moved to today's post (I now know that the comments section for every post is at the top instead of the bottom). This is a new kind of Blogger template, so I guess you could say I'm taking it for a test drive. I will have music back as soon as a I can figure out a way to make the playlist smaller. Any ideas?

Taking a Break from my Regularly Scheduled Post
